The specific scope, timeline and cost of work will be agreed in writing before any project begins.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise
- We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding
- Payment terms will be agreed before work commences
Bookings and Cancellations
- Once you accept a quote, we will agree a start date
- We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled work may incur a charge
- If we need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, supplier delays), we will contact you as soon as possible
Your Responsibilities
To help us complete the work efficiently, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information about the work required
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Clear the area of personal belongings where possible
- Inform us of any known issues (e.g. damp, structural concerns)
- Be available or contactable during the project
Quality and Guarantees
We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. This covers defects in our installation work but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Issues with materials not supplied by us
- Problems arising from pre-existing property conditions
Materials supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind. However, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Issues beyond our reasonable control
- Pre-existing defects in your property
